Return Policy

We want your experience buying from us to be enjoyable and satisfactory. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you ordered, simply return it to us within 20 days of purchase, and we will issue you a refund or a merchandise credit that you can use to purchase anything on our site.

To return an item, simply email us at shop@gayday.com and explain why you need to return the item (wrong item, late delivery, damaged product, etc), and we will supply you with a return authorization code. Place this code on the mailing label so we can route the package properly, and we will process your return immediately.
