1) When will my order be shipped?

Merchandise ordered that is in stock will generally ship within 1 to 2 business days of the receipt of your order. If you pay by eCheck or by mail using a personal check we may delay shipment of your order until the funds clear.

Pre-ordered merchandise that is not yet in stock will ship when it is received from the manufacturer; we'll provide information about the expected delivery dats on such preorders and update those people who ordered that merchandise should the schedule change.
